Family Tour, 3 states – 3,500 km above – November 2016 }
Dear reader,
Before reading this article I like to
give a small notification that now on words 500 rupees and 1000 rupees notes
are banded in India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a televised address on
8 November 2016 by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that banknotes
of 500
and 1000 would cease to be
legal tender from midnight. Automatic teller machines at some places were
closed on 9 and 10 November. Government organizations have brought out new
notes. The Government of India had accepted the proposal of RBI in bringing out
2000
banknotes and a new version
of the 500. The old notes are being removed from circulation.

Here is my journey trip by Train and car:
Madurai - Madurai Meenakshi Temple
Rameswaram - Pamban Bridge
Kanyakumari (Nagercoil)
My Observations list:
1. Visiting Tamilnadu tour is my third
time. Idly is my favorite food in Tamilnadu which is made with different
varieties.
2. Trichy or Tiruchi and Tiruchirappalli town
railways stations look alike. Also according to the National Urban Sanitation
Policy, Tiruchirappalli was listed as the third-cleanest city in India in 2016.
3. Compared to Hyderabad and in Tamilnadu
, the state is giving good importance to swatch bharath and keep the cities clean. I have seen that they have kept dustbin’s at many places to keep city clean and at villages too. But where in Hyderabad I have
hardly seen proper dustbins.
4. To reach Kanyakumari place the railway
stop was only to Nagercoil. Again from there one has to travel to Kanyakumari. Nagercoil railway station is most dangerous
to cross like it is the end to end distance. Also Nagercoil is a land of great
traditional and cultural significance.
5. Kanyakumari is very beautiful place. It
is also known as Kanniyakumari, formerly known as Cape Comorin, is a town in
Kanyakumari District in the state of Tamil Nadu in India. The name comes from
the Devi Kanya Kumari Temple in the region. It is the southernmost tip of
peninsular India. Where you can see sunrise and sun set. It was also an area of
great trade and commerce.
6. Rameswaram - Pamban Bridge is very
most dangerous place where bus and train travel in middle of the ocean. Train
travel for 10 mins to reach land. Also Pamban Bridge is a railway bridge which
connects the town of Rameswaram. The bridge is located in the world's second
most corrosive environment after Florida. (Florida is a state located in the
southeastern region of the United States.)
7. In Tamilnadu, there is no internet available in
railways stations zones.
8. In Tamilnadu people can speak - Telugu, Hindi,
English, Tamil and Malayalam too.
9. Karur is the district located
"HEART" of Tamil Nadu. Even Karur Vysya Bank commonly called KVB and
Lakshmi Vilas Bank commonly called LVB have their headquarters (H.Q) in Karur. Karur
is a major home textile centre and has five major product groups — bed linens,
kitchen linens, toilet linens, table linens and wall hangings.
10. Industries in Dindigul include lock
making, leather, textile spinning, administrative services, agricultural
trading, banking, agricultural machinery and educational services.
